I love avocados, ok I actually love guacamole. I love it with chips, on tacos, fajitas, burgers, sandwiches, and more. However, you can have good guacamole and not-so-good guacamole. I have purchased some that taste like it was manufactured in a plant instead of using real avocados! This is my favorite recipe, Avocado Salsamole it is a recipe I adapted from the book “You on a Diet“. I’m always looking for good recipes so please feel free to point me to a good healthy recipe.
