Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp jalapeno minced
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 each tomato as much as desired
  • 2 each avocado peeled and pitted

Instructions
 

  • Combine onion, jalapeno, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, tomato, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add avocado.
  • With a fork mash avocado and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Reserve avocado pit to add to mixture to prevent browning when refrigerated.

Notes

For added taste you can add tomatoes
