Holiday Spiced Cranberry Recipe

To make this delicious low-calorie cranberry recipe, start by placing 2 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries, 2 tablespoons of Stevia In The Raw, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ⅛ teaspoon of ground clove, and ⅓ cup of pomegranate juice in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries have popped and softened. Once done, transfer the cranberry mixture to a decorative serving bowl or container, let it cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving to enhance the flavors.
