It may not feel like it is autumn when you step outside, so we are going to use our other senses to trick our brains to get into the fall season. Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup cold water
- 3 scoops vanilla nutrimeal
- 2 tsp fibergy plus
- ½ cup pureed pumpkin (unsweetened) canned
- ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth
- Serve and enjoy immediately
