Pumpkin Spice Latte
What a perfect recipe for the fall season. A mix of spice and pumpkin, this Pumpkin Spice Latte is sure to fill your kitchen, nose, and palette with thoughts of pumpkins and falling leaves. Perfect for that fall morning as you watch the leaves fall, the breeze blowing, and the steam rising from your delicious morning cup of coffee.
Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin unsweetened pureed canned or fresh
- 2 tbsp Stevia sweetener of choice
- 2 ½ tbsp Vanilla Nutrimeal
- 1 tsp Fibergy Plus
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup espresso or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee
Instructions
- In a saucepan combine milk, pumpkin, and sweetener and stir on medium heat until steaming (you can also microwave on high for 2 minutes).
- Remove from heat, stir in Nutrimeal, Fibergy, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Transfer to a blender and blend for 15 seconds until foamy
- Stir in espresso
