I love my home gym; nothing beats the convenience of being able to roll out of bed, throw on some workout clothes, and walk across the house to get in your daily workout. However, I will admit there are times when I miss what a gym can offer. From elliptical machines to a squat rack, a gym often has a variety of equipment to keep your workout fresh. One item I’ve often enjoyed using at the gym is a rowing machine. It is a great way to get your heart rate up in a fun way. That is why I’m excited, I have been invited to review the Yosuda RM2 Rowing Machine.
Compact Storage Option
What appealed to me about this rowing machine was that it can easily be stored when not in use to help maximize the space in my home gym. My home gym is simply a bedroom converted into a workout space, so the amount of room I have is limited.

Ease of Installation
Sometimes putting together equipment is just as much of a workout as the equipment itself. However, I found the Yosuda RM2 rowing machine to be quite easy to put together. I did have to reference a video at one point in the setup process, as the image provided in the instructions was a little unclear. Other than needing to find and reference the video, it was pretty straightforward, and I put it together quickly.

Just the Right Size
Some gym equipment can be rather bulky and not a good fit for a room-converted home gym. However, the Yosuda RM2 rowing machine fits perfectly in my small at-home gym. It is a sturdy piece of equipment and can hold up to 350 lbs and accommodates users from 4’5″ to 6’2″. My husband and I both fit within this range, so it is a perfect option.
Easy to Connect and Use
The Yosuda RM2 rowing machine offers 16 different resistance levels, which is great for beginners who need to build up their strength and endurance. What I love about rowing machines is that sometimes it is great to throw in your headphones and either listen to waves, to assimilate rowing in the water, a good book, or some great tunes, and get an amazing workout. You can easily set your resistance level on the LCD screen and start rowing, or enjoy a workout by connecting your rowing machine to the FED Fitness app.

FED Fitness App
The compatible fitness app is more than just a workout app; there are incentives to keep you motivated with a point system. You can then exchange those points for discounts on future purchases. I will admit there isn’t a large selection of workouts to choose from, but it is a great way to get started with your new rowing machine. The Yosuda RM2 rowing machine has a sturdy tablet or phone holder, so if you have other rowing machine workouts you prefer or just want to watch a video, show, or movie while working out, you have the option.

Conclusion
Overall, the price point for the Yosuda RM2 rowing machine makes it an excellent option for a home gym. The ease of putting it together makes the task less daunting, and excited about getting it set up right away. The ease of use and app compatibility make it perfect for any user, whether tech-savvy or not.
