Spicy Cheeseburger Dip

This is an easy go-to appetizer recipe that everyone loves. I have been asked by co-workers during a potluck to bring this Spicy Cheeseburger Dip. I make this every Christmas as a must for my brother-in-law. It takes 20 minutes and it’s easy to double for large get-togethers. This dip contains just 5 ingredients, Velveeta, mozzarella cheese, Rotel, ground beef, and green onions.

Recipe Ingredients

After cooking the ground beef mix all ingredients together except the green onions.

After mixing everything together microwave for 3 minutes. Stir again and then microwave again for 2 additional minutes. Top with green onions and serve with your favorite chips.

The great thing about this Spicy Cheeseburger Dip is that you can mix it up with different versions of the ingredients. For example, I always use the Mexican Velveeta. I also love spicy so I use the “hot” Rotel. However, because not everyone loves extra spicy when I make a double batch I will use one “mild” Rotel and one “hot” Rotel.
