This post is a little late due to my Sea World Vacation. We were up and running Friday morning so I had little time to get anything done computer wise. I hate to continue to write post that reflect on my struggle with staying on track but I must be honest I am having a hard time. This is no fault of anyone other then myself. I have a food addicted to the nth degree. Seriously I could live on fast food and junk food for life if it wouldn’t cause me to become a huge balloon. Thankfully I have until next Friday to work off some of the weight I’m sure I put on over this past weekend.
That said I have a pantry full of Nutrisystem food and I know how to use it. I woke up this morning with a renewed sense of getting back on track. I really need to put my all into this and get down and dirty and start losing some much needed weight. I’m writing up this post as I sit here eating one of my favorite frozen meals from Nutrisystem the Toasted Ham and Cheese.
One of my favorite meals as a kid was a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. While other people order ham, eggs, and cheese bagels and sandwiches. I ask them to hold the egg. I love ham and cheese together. Along with this delicious meal I’ve consumed 32 ounces of water and counting. What I have not been doing while on the Nutrisystem plan is exercising at all. Before I began blogging I was exercising regularly in my spare time. It is one thing I’ve let go that I’m not very happy about. My plan of attack is to take this week to really stay on plan, weekend too, and then take the following week to add in exercise. I’m hoping by committing to it here on my blog I will feel even more compelled to follow through.
So next week I’m hoping for success and moving forward instead of back.
