As promised I’m writing today to give my 6-week update and to share with you some of my favorite meals from the Personal Trainer Food program. After 6 weeks on the weight loss program some definite favorites have emerged and top my list.

Personal Trainer Food: Breakfast

Personal Trainer Food
Frittata and Maple Sausage

All the breakfast options consist of a type of egg and either sausage or bacon. While I enjoy all the options I thought I would share with you my favorite. I love the frittata! The peppers in the frittata give it a nice bold taste from the plain omelet. While you can’t go wrong with any side of sausage or bacon my favorite is the maple sausage.

Personal Food: Vegetables

Omaha Blend Vegetables

When it comes to the vegetables I have a few favorites and I like to order just those few. While I enjoy green beans, broccoli, and mixed vegetables the two pictured here are my favorite. I love the kidney beans and peas in the Omaha Blend vegetables. The chickpeas are a nice addition to the Fiesta Blend vegetables.

Personal Trainer Food: Entree

Zesty Tenders

Again there are many entrees to choose from on the program and I really enjoy many of them such as the bacon and cheese sticks, spicy chicken sandwich, and more. However, this past shipment I have two entrees that soared to the top of my favorite list. My number one favorite is the BBQ Pork, I’m sure it is due to the sweet flavor of the BBQ. My second favorite is the zesty tenders as I love spicy food and these have the perfect kick to them. My daughter wanted to try them and she loved them so much she wanted me to order some just for her!

The Personal Trainer Food above are my personal recommendations based on my own tastes. However, all of the foods are worth giving a try so you can find your favorite foods.
