DIY Peppermint Hot Cocoa Jar

My daughter and I took a few minutes out of our busy weekend to whip up some very fun and yummy Christmas treats for the family. My daughter loves to make things crafts, food, you name it. So when I saw the recipe/craft for this DIY Peppermint Hot Cocoa Jar I knew it would be something quick and easy for us to make and something everyone would appreciate.

With just a couple of ingredients and some creative touches, you can make this the perfect thank-you gift for a teacher or room parent. Create small jars for a party favor at your next holiday party. Grab a few mason jars, some hot cocoa mix, peppermint candies, chocolate chips, and marshmallows for this tasty treat. Use your creative skills to decorate your hot cocoa jar to add your own personality.
