Glazed Pumpkin Raisin Cookies

- 2 cups Shortening
- 4 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 cups Pumpkin
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 cups Raisins
Frosting
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 tsp Milk
Cream shortening, sugar, and pumpkin
Add eggs and mix well
Add sifted dry ingredients and raisins
Drop onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes
Frosting
Heat butter, milk, and brown sugar until dissolved
Cool and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread on warm cookies
