Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg cube steak (2 steaks)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Italian seasoning or season of choice
  • 4 pieces bread
  • 1 tbsp mayonaise
  • 2 slices cheese of choice

Instructions
 

  • Season the cube steak with Italian seasoning (or season of your choice)
  • Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan and fry the cube steak (about 3-5 minutes per side)
  • Add cheese and let melt
  • Toast bread while the cube steak is frying
  • Spread mayonnaise on toast and add steak with melted cheese
