- 1 lb Italian seasoned ground turkey
- Cooking spray or 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce such as mushroom, marinara, or your favorite variety

- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
