1tbspvegetable oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
¼cup water
1canCampbell’s condensed golden mushroom soup10 3/4 oz can

Instructions
Coat an electric skillet (or frying pan) with oil
Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste
Brown pork chops on each side 10-15 minutes
Remove pork chops and add soup and water to pan and bring to a boil
Place pork chops into pan and simmer for 10 minutes or until fully cooked
Serve pork chops with extra sauce
Optional
While the pork chops are simmering brown up some mushrooms
Add to sauce to give it more flavor
Notes
I prefer a thicker sauce so use a smaller amount of water. Also, the pork chops on the bone are more tender and have more flavor than their leaner counterparts.
