Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 1 brownie cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 8 oz cola or cream soda chilled
  • Whipped cream
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Optional Garnishes

  • chocolate shavings
  • caramel candies
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions
 

  • Drizzle chocolate syrup and salted caramel sauce around the inside of a tall float glass.
  • Add half of the brownie pieces to the bottom of the glass.
  • Carefully add the chocolate ice cream scoops.
  • Slowly pour the chilled cola or cream soda over the ice cream until the glass is almost full.
  • Top with whipped cream, remaining brownie pieces, extra caramel drizzle, and a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and long spoon.
