ROSEMARY GRAPEFRUIT COCKTAIL

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • 3 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 1.5 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Rosemary simple syrup

Instructions
 

Make Rosemary simple syrup

  • In a sauce pan combine water and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
  • Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Remove rosemary sprigs.
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

Combine To Make Drink

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add juice, gin & syrup.
  • Shake until well chilled.
  • Pour into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary.
