Nothing says spring and summer like bright sunshine, a breeze in the air, and a glowing tan. At least that is what I think of. Living in South Florida the majority of our months are what most people would consider spring and summer. Despite the fact that we don’t have such visible season changes there are subtle differences. So many times my beauty routine and wardrobe will change accordingly.
In the fall and winter months I finally get a chance to wear my boots and I usually switch to a more tan/brown color of makeup. I also find that my skin becomes drier in the colder months and needs additional moisturizer. I love using the Jergens Natural Glow Daily Facial Moisturizer to not only moisturize my skin but to keep a healthy Florida glow.
This year when I was getting ready for spring and longing for the beach I decided to not only switch up my wardrobe but I also decided to lighten my hair in favor of some highlights.
Next to my healthy glow I achieved using the Jergens Natural Glow I absolutely love the look. Sorry the photo is a little blurry and was taken after a full day of work. In addition to the new hair when spring and summer roll around I also change my makeup colors to pinks and blues to compliment my new hair color, skin, and to just give me that feeling of warmth.
I’ve been using the Jergens Natural Glow for 3 months now and I’m definitely a new user. I use it on my face daily and I use the 3 day moisturizer on my arms and chest. I’m not a huge fan of the look on my legs it tends to emphasize some age spots and I have yet to get it to look even. Every time I put the lotion on (especially at night) my husband always thinks I smell good so if you are worried about the smell don’t be.
How about you? How do you change your beauty routine with the seasons?
