Unfortunately we are past the “Kids Menu” here at Shibley Smiles. My daughter is 10 with a very mature taste. Just this week we had a fun family dinner at Outback and she ordered off the normal menu, (Aussie Chicken Tacos). However for those of you that do have children who enjoy the kid’s menu you will be happy to know that IHOP is bring back the popular Kids Eat Free Deal!
This is a great deal for Back to School. After that first day of getting the kids up early and off to school followed by your day of work (whether outside the home or in) who wants to make dinner! Celebrate the first day back with a Kids Eat Free meal at your local IHOP.
Families can come together and enjoy quality, fresh, made to order dishes from the regular menu and kids twelve and under can enjoy favorites such as the new Cheesy Cheese Pizza, with flaky, 27 layer, croissant dough crust topped with tangy marinara sauce and melted Monterey Jack & Cheddar Cheeses or classic favorites like the Create Your Own Rooty Tooty Jr., from the “Just for Kids” menu. The Kids Eat Free offer is available from August 1 – September 25 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Please see the press release below for additional information.
With more than 100 signature menu items to choose from, there’s always something delicious for parents too. Want to indulge a sweet or savory craving? Try Criss-Croissants, the dish that when first introduced by IHOP last year, millions of people asked “how did they do that!?” This signature IHOP breakfast entree is made from 27 layers of flakey, buttery croissant pastry dough, waffled to a golden brown before being stuffed with three new filling combinations: delectable Salted Caramel and Banana, mouth-watering Strawberries and Sweet Cream Cheese or savory Egg, Spinach & Roasted Red Pepper.
IHOP is also supporting No Kid Hungry for a second year in the campaign against childhood hunger: now through September 25, guests are invited to join in the fight by making donations online. On Tuesday, August 23, IHOP is offering $1 short stacks of their world-famous Buttermilk Pancakes from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting No Kid Hungry.
