Laundry like dishes is one of those chores that just never seems to be done. With a family of five I do many loads of laundry every week. I’m lucky if I complete it before the weekend is over. Now that my son is working I usually have to do an extra load of laundry during the week to wash his work uniforms. Owning my own front load washer I can confirm that the clothes sometimes feel almost dry when I take them out of the washer and put them into the dryer. I’ve never seen a washer like the one pictured above. This is an LG washer with a sidekick. Who doesn’t love a trusty sidekick? The sidekick gives you the ability to do two loads of laundry at the same time. This would truly cut down on washing and drying time. Can’t find away to cut down on the folding time…I take that make I do have a way, it is called three children! Right now at Best Buy purchase an LG Front Load Washer and SideKick save an additional $150.
I’ve had my washer and dryer now for about six years and I still love them as much as I did the first day I used them. I remember one great tip the installer gave me in regards to front load washers and I thought I would pass it on to you. Often people complain about issues with the front load washers staying clean and not trapping water due to the tight seal when the washer is closed. For this reason I don’t shut my washer door completely when I’m done and leave it open just a hair so it can dry out. I also use the cleaner cycle when my washer indicates it is needed. To this day I have had no problems with my washer staying clean!
