As the kids are rejoicing because school is out, or almost out, I’m sure you are thinking, “What am I going to do this summer?” Are you looking for ways to entertain both the kids and adults but not bust your budget? I was recently introduced to Kids Bowl Free and received a complimentary pass (see below). You can sign up each of your children (up to 6 per account) for free bowling and select your local bowling alley. The kids will receive 2 free games of bowling every day all summer long! When they can bowl depends on the bowling alley selected. For example at our bowling alley the kids can bowl from 8-6 Mon-Fri and 8-12 on Sunday.
Now this sounds great but what about the parents? I know as a family we love to go bowling. My oldest son is on his bowling team at his high school and we even bought him a bowling ball and bag for Christmas. Not to worry Kids Bowl Free also offers a Family Pass. Starting at $24.95 the Family Pass allows 4 adults to have the same advantages as the kids.
Each week you can print a weeks worth of coupons. The coupons will have each child’s and adult’s name printed on them. Simply take your coupons into your bowling alley to redeem. The age limit for children is per bowling alley. Shoe rental is also specific to each bowling alley. You will be able to find all this information on Kids Bowl Free. From the home page you can select your state and then your bowling alley. Each bowling alley page has all the rules and regulations you will need to see what is required, when you can bowl, and their policy on shoe rental.
Our particular bowling alley does not include shoe rental. However, that means everyday this summer the five of us can enjoy two games of bowling for the mere price of shoe rental. The kids have always come home with bowling coupons for the summer but this is the first time I’ve seen that adults are able to get a great discount as well. I think this is a great inexpensive way to enjoy some family time over the summer months!
