It seems that every few years there is a toy that seems to be at the top of every child’s wish list. I remember when I was young and just had to have a Cabbage Patch kid. The choices were limited and though I wanted a doll with long blonde hair (for some reason when I was young I always wanted blonde hair) I ended up with a bald boy dressed as a sailor. Fast forward quite a few years and if you had kids at the time you may have remembered the tickle me Elmo year and when the Furbies debuted.

My daughter mailed her Christmas list to Santa and Lego Friends were on the list. She loves to build and ever since the Lego friends came out they have become one of her favorites.
For my youngest son his Christmas is full of gaming, sports, and zombies. My husband, son and I have recently starting watching The Walking Dead some zombies seem to be a main topic in the house. My older son who is now driving and has a full time job is getting a little bit of gaming and car accessories for the holidays.
My daughter is the easiest to buy for, maybe because her interest remind me of myself when I was young. She will be happy to find a Christmas full of arts & crafts and her favorite toys such as Shopkins and Lego Friends.
Was there a Christmas in your past that will always be remembered? Maybe you got something you had been wishing for, for a long time. I remember the year my sister and I got a trampoline for Christmas. The year I think I got everything on my list including an acid washed jean jacket LOL. After all the presents were opened my sister and I had to take out the garbage. As we rounded the corner in the back yard we saw the trampoline all put together.
